Orlando, Celebration and Kissimmee Fl Real Estate

SW Orlando has long been a sought after place to live.  Last week I was asked to define just what areas was included here. 

Windermere is the tree city award winner but there are also many surrounding communities with the Windermere address and zip code.  Tildens Grove, Windermere Club, Keenes Pointe, Lake Butler Estates, and Isleworth to name just a  few.  Tree lined community set amidst the Butler Chain of Lakes pristine waters.

Then there is Dr. Phillips area which includes the zip codes of 32819.  Orange Tree, Sandlake Hills, Clubhouse Estates, Torrey Pines to name a few.  Also part of Dr. Phillips is 32836 Bay Vista Estates, Brentwood Club, Bristol Park, Diamond Cove, Emerald Forest, and Turtle Creek.

Close by to Windermere is Gotha founded by Harry Hemple and a preserved historical district since 1995.  I'd be remiss not to mention the Yellow Dog Eats if you get a chance stop and take a look.  

A new development area called Horizon West is a comprehensive plan located on 38,000 acres schools, villages and village centers are an intregal part of what is known as Horizons West.

Also a planned community on the SW side is MetroWest closer to Universal Studios and has grown over the last 20 years.
