Hello everyone! This week finds me in Las Vegas at the Keller Williams convention. This is an annual event and I have attended the last three years. Some 12,000 brokers and associates from all over the country attend. It is like a big family reunion. This year was special as I was asked to teach at the technology center.

While the temperature in Orlando actually hit the 80s this week, the Las Vegas temperature is in the 60s. I hardly get outside though! There are educational meetings and break-out sessions all day long. Not to mention the real estate trade shows! I am busy from morning to night collecting real estate wisdom and knowledge to bring back to you, my trusted clients and friends. I did have time the night I arrived to see Mama Mia, what fun a story set to the songs of ABBA.

This week I am also teaching! Keller Williams has developed a unique tool for agents called Eagentc. (It is pronounced like ‘e-agent-see.’) Eagenc provides agents with technology research and solutions to help them gain and distribute knowledge. I myself have been using Eagenc for the last few years. Now I will be teaching others how to get the most from this cutting edge technical tool. I am excited! Our class covered an introduction to tablet
PCs. It was a wonderful session and well received.
