• National advertising campaign begins, with exposure in key publications:  Chicago Tribune, Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, International Hearl Tribune, London, Miami Hearald, New York Times, Orlando Sentinel, Toronto Star and Wall Street Journal.

• Email Broadcasts to all registered Real Estate Agents in the Orlando Area

• February 14th Pre -auction Protection Period begins ( Feb. 14th- March 14th).

•  February 15th Buyer Registration begins.

• February 19th Seller orientation #2 is held at the Wyndham Orlando Resort.

• February 28th Buyer Orientation #1 is held atthe Wyndham Orlando Resort

• March 1st and  2nd Open House for all properties 12p.m. – 5 p.m.

• March 5th Buyer Orientation #2 is held at the Wyndham Orlando Resort.

• March 11th  Auction Portfolio Tour.

• March 14th Final day to submit Opening Bids.

• March 15th   AUCTION DAY!
