Celebrate Spring in Orlando at the 13th Annual Spring Carnival held at Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores on April 3, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  There will be lots of fun activities for the family including an Arts & Craft show, games, face panting, balloon sculpting and a bounce house.  There will also be prizes, like attraction tickets, hotel stays and more!
