365 Orlando: 74. Coach Safari with EcoSafari
June 14th, 2010 by tisnerTake a wild safari through the Forever Florida wildlife conservation area preserve and you will not believe all this is just a short drive from Orlando. You will be able to witness Florida wildlife in its natural habit, including alligators, black bears, white tail deer and hundreds of bird species. And if you’re lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the endangered Florida panther. You will travel comfortably in special open-air safari coaches that are elevated 5 feet off the ground. The safari will begin though a range that is a living museum of Spanish Colonial Cattle and Florida’s unique Cracker Horses. As you travel into the Forever Florida wildlife conservation area you will notice the difference between the two. During this adventure you will get the opportunity to stretch your legs as you view the Bull Creek from the boardwalk. After your safari adventure the Visitor Center offers a gift shop and dinning at Cypress Restaurant.
